Rule 47
Repeal And Saving
(1) The Foreigners Rules, 2032 (1976) is hereby repealed.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in the Trekking and Rafting Rules, 2041 (1981), these Rules shall govern the matters relating to trekking.
(3) The matters set forth in these Rules shall be governed by these Rules, and other matters not set forth herein shall be governed by the laws in force.
